Tickets

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
It is recommended that tickets are purchased online before arrival. This allows us to manage seating and create the best guest experience.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are still available, they may be purchased onsite. However, most screenings are expected to sell out, so we recommend purchasing in advance.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non refundable but are transferrable to another guest.

Seating

How does seating work?
Seating is divided into sections. Guests may choose any available seat within the section indicated on their ticket.

Do I need to bring my own chair?
No. All seating is provided.

Can groups sit together?
Yes. We recommend arriving early to secure seats together or purchase Table Top seating. Arranged for groups of 4 and includes tables for easy eating.

Food & Drinks

Will food be available?
Absolutely! We offer a signature menu with elevated concessions and specialty snacks.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Audio Experience

How will we hear the movie?
Each guest receives wireless headphones upon arrival for an immersive cinema experience.

Do I need to return the headphones?
Yes. Headphones must be returned before exiting the venue.

Weather

What happens if it rains?
In the event of severe weather, the screening may be postponed. Ticket holders will be notified at least one hour prior to the film start time via email with transfer credit details.

Will the event still happen if it's cloudy?
Yes. Movies will play unless weather conditions are unsafe.

Parking & Arrival

Where is the event located?
Open Air Cinema is located at The Stacks at 3 Crossings in the Strip District.

Is parking available?
Yes. Public parking garages are available nearby.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7pm so guests can enjoy the atmosphere with lawn games and music before the film begins.

Event Experience

Is this a family-friendly event?
Most screenings are family-friendly, but film ratings will be listed for each event.
All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult no matter the movie rating.

Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not permitted unless they are service animals.

Do you check bags?
Small bags are allowed but may be subject to inspection.

Are restrooms available?
Yes, restroom facilities are available onsite.

Is the event accessible?
Yes. The venue is accessible for guests with mobility needs.

What happens if I arrive late?
You can still enter the event, but if you are in a group, seating availability may be limited.

Can I host a private event at Open Air Cinema?
Open Air Cinema is available for private events including birthdays, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. Contact us for details.
